But it’s the assistance feature that make it stand out from the rest. Dog owners can get immediate answers to health, behavior and nutrition queries with Vet Chat directly through the phone app.
Alexa is built in to assist pet parents by playing music, ordering treats, including through Amazon Dash Replenishment, or finding the nearest vet.
And when it comes to dog treats, we like that the Petcube camera includes three gates of different sizes for smaller or larger treats.
Its tall flat design means it is vulnerable to being knocked over. But there are keyhole mounts on the back so you can fix it to the wall. Anchors and screws are included.
This is the most expensive dog camera we’ve reviewed, but its compatibility with Alexa and the ability to connect with licensed veterinarians directly from the app justify the high price tag.

The Skymee detects motion and sends a message through the app to you but doesn’t have audio detection so we wouldn’t recommend it for dogs that suffer from separation anxiety.
Compatible with Alexa, the Skymee Petalk AI dog camera is a more affordable treat-dispensing alternative to the Furbo but the video quality is not as good as we would expect from a 1080p HD camera.

The tilt and pan feature adds even more viewing angles.
